I am an architect and the founding editor of ArchitectureLive! and Unbuilt Ideas.

Through ArchiSHOTS, I design websites, create graphics, publish books, and vibe-code.

I have taught both full-time and part-time, leading workshops at various architecture and design institutes. My primary focus and favorite subject to teach is the fundamentals of design.

Two quotes guide my work. The first is my own, for when things do not go as planned: "It's okay." The second is by Buckminster Fuller: "There's nothing in a caterpillar that tells you it's going to be a butterfly"—a reminder that what seems ugly now can transform into something beautiful. Who knows.
